Por ello, es fundamental que cuente con un proceso de formaci\u00f3n guiada encaminado a orientar al cliente hacia el primer valor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Involucrar a los clientes:<\/strong><br \/>El Post-Onboarding es un paso esencial en el proceso de involucrar al cliente en su propio \u00e9xito, ya que es cuando comienza a esperar los resultados prometidos por los vendedores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aumentar el LTV (Valor del Cliente)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Retener clientes:<\/strong><br \/>Para hablar de retenci\u00f3n es importante abordar dos conceptos que est\u00e1n \u00edntimamente relacionados con ella: Resultado Deseado e Interacciones con tu empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Resultado deseado:<\/strong> Conocer el resultado final deseado por el cliente y poder desarrollarlo es lo que har\u00e1 que tu cliente vea valor en tu servicio y en tu soluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interacci\u00f3n con su empresa:<\/strong> tenga en cuenta que los clientes logran los resultados deseados debido a sus interacciones con su empresa, no solo a trav\u00e9s de su soluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Por lo tanto, su enfoque debe estar en el \u00e9xito de estas interacciones.
